These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Endpoints AI, a product of KASHA AND COLLIN AZ LLC ("we", "us"), including the purchase and use of Endpoints AI credits. By purchasing credits or using the service you agree to these Terms.
Credits. Credits are prepaid usage units for Endpoints AI queries and automations, priced at $1.00 per 100 credits. Credits do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once consumed; unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request.
Service. Endpoints AI connects to data sources you authorize and answers questions about your business. You are responsible for having the rights to connect your data sources.
Payment. We accept major credit and debit cards. Card statements show the descriptor ENDPOINTEC. Chargebacks filed without first contacting support@endpoints.one may result in account suspension.
Liability. The service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 30 days.
